Terms of Service

1. Usage License

All content, branding, design assets, and functional features provided within the App are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on macOS devices you own or control, for your own legitimate App Store Optimization work.

Reselling, leasing, sublicensing, commercializing the App itself as a product, or reverse engineering any part of the App (except to the extent permitted by law) is strictly prohibited.

2. User Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. The App targets developers, marketers, and agencies. You are responsible for how you use App Store data and for complying with Apple’s terms and any third-party rights.

3. Free Core Tracker & CoreRank Pro

The Free “Core Tracker” plan is available without a license key, subject to in-app limits (for example Studio, Watchlist, and keywords per app).

“CoreRank Pro” / “Intelligence Engine” unlocks deeper intelligence features, higher limits, and AI credits as described in the App and on our pricing page. Pro is sold as a subscription license via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), not via the Mac App Store in-app purchase system.

Available Pro plans (USD, subject to change on the pricing page):

• Monthly subscription: $12 / month — includes a 14-day trial when offered at checkout
• Yearly subscription: $99 / year

Lemon Squeezy / license terms:

• Billing: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy at checkout confirmation.
• License key: After purchase you receive a license key to activate Pro inside the App. Free never requires a key.
• Device limit: A Pro license may be activated on up to two Macs, unless we state otherwise at purchase.
• Renewal & cancellation: Manage, cancel, or update payment methods through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s and applicable consumer-law policies. Contact us and/or Lemon Squeezy support as directed on your receipt.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the Service (including automated abuse beyond intended product use), attempt to bypass license or rate limits, interfere with our infrastructure, or use the App to violate law or third-party terms. We may suspend access for abuse or unpaid / invalid licenses.

5. Updates

The App may check for updates and download notarized builds when we publish new versions. You are responsible for installing updates that fix security or compatibility issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoreRank ASO is a research tool for App Store Optimization. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. BeliveApp Tech is not responsible for ranking outcomes, business decisions, App Store policy changes, downtime of third-party sources, or losses arising from reliance on metrics, AI suggestions, or competitor insights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
